Mel Quigg, MSW, RSW has been practicing in the mental health field for over 20 years. Mel's therapy modalities are evidence based/informed and the type of therapy she uses is dependent on her clients and what is the best fit for them. She predominantly uses CBT, ACT, ERP, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and Trauma Informed Therapies.
