Whether you're navigating impossible circumstances or simply seeking a roadmap towards your true potential, I am here to support you on your personal journey towards greater inner peace and fulfillment. My ideal client is someone who feels ready to look inward, challenge their limiting beliefs, and start looking at their life through a more self-empowered lens. Life is hard for everyone, but it can be a little easier when you begin to unburden yourself of impossible expectations and learn how to be a little kinder to yourself.
Compassionate Choice Therapy is my integrative counseling practice that seeks to help you better understand your past and present experiences, work to accept the external forces beyond your control and then begin to turn your focus towards forward-facing choices that directly support your needs, relationships, and well-being.
I believe in helping people of all income levels and am happy to offer my services on a sliding scale if requested. I believe deeply in your innate capacity for peace and it would be an honour to join you on your journey towards greater self discovery, growth and healing. Compassion for self, Compassion for all.
