My ideal client is that individual who has experienced trauma in their life, be it violence, loss of a loved one, divorce or separation or death of a loved one. They feel lost and do not know how or where to begin from in the reconstruction of their lives. They so desire to live a normal life but their trauma does not permit them. They want to be free and pick up their lives from where they got off track.
I will work with you to restore your confidence, self-esteem and get you on the recovery path. Through psychoeducation I will help you learn more about your specific trauma, help you develop achievable goals and work with you towards developing coping skills. I have worked with individuals, children, and youth who have experienced trauma in their lives.
