I have over 11 years of experience with mental health and addictions services in clinical and community settings. During that time, I have had many opportunities to work with children and youth as well as adults (ages 5 and up). A major focus of my work has been anxiety and stress management. I also have experience working with addictions, trauma, depression and other mental health concerns. I completed my BSW at Memorial University of NL in 2012 and my MSW at Dalhousie in 2022. I have training in CBT, DBT and trauma-informed care.
