I am particularly interested in stress management, anxiety, and small or big trauma that happen along the way. My work with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is beneficial for a wide range of ages and presenting concerns. I also have advanced training in play therapy, which is based on developmental principles. It is a process where the child chooses objects, symbols, or types of play to express their concerns and work through particular problems.
I provide a welcoming, safe, and confidential space. My experience includes play therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. I am an experienced telehealth provider for all ages and provide online services for clients across Canada.
