I'm most passionate about guiding clients through relationship issues, whether it be relationships with others, the world, or life purpose: Having repetitive issues come up with your partner, family, friends, or any other relationships; Difficulty breaking patterns in relationships; Feeling alone or abandoned by others; Having difficulty being close to others or being overwhelmed in relationships; Heavy or uncontrollable emotions, such as anger and fear that arise in your relationships with family, partners or colleagues.
My training includes somatic therapy, which specializes in working with the brain and body to heal unconscious wounds that keep us locked in negative patterns. I can also help with low self-esteem, identity issues, anxiety, addiction, feelings of loneliness/emptiness and confusion about life choices and purpose.
Therapy with me is deeply compassion-focused. Focusing on cultivating safety is very important. Feeling safe will allow the sensitive parts of self that can be well hidden, to show in a non-judgemental space.
