I have specific training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Lifespan Integration, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for Post Partum Depression/Depression, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CB)T for anxiety, Emotional Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Satir Family Therapy/Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy.
