Through my work as a psychotherapist, I assist clients who experience a wide range of issues for which I provide individual counselling to encourage personal and emotional growth, regardless of the presenting problem. Most commonly, I work with clients experiencing issues with stress, anxiety, crisis, and newcomer adjustment. Information and support is also available for loved ones of individuals with mental health challenges. I facilitate multiple tasks including: the completion of psychosocial intakes, composing assessment reports, detailing clients' impairments, and providing the necessary support.
Additionally, I assist motor vehicle accident victims through individual and group counselling to help them cope with physical and psychological impairments; individualized tutorial instructions regarding driving simulator machines and desensitization therapy are utilized as a means of overcoming driving related phobias.
