With over 11 years in the mental health field, including 6 years as a therapist in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, I have experience in addressing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, self-esteem issues, anger, and life transitions. I utilize EMDR, Brainspotting ACT, CBT, and EFT.
My therapeutic approach is all about being your authentic self. This is a judgment-free zone where you can explore who you are, embrace your individuality, and grow in a way that feels true to you.
