Together, we work to increase psychological flexibility in the present moment through techniques such as mindfulness, yoga, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), noticing, and acceptance. My personal theory of psychotherapy includes both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together we work to increase psychological flexibility in the present moment through techniques including but not limited to mindfulness, yoga, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), noticing and acceptance.
