Certified in trauma & resilience, EFT (emotional focused individual & couples therapy), hypnosis, schema therapy, cognitive behavioral coaching and more, I bring extensive experience in integrating neuroscience & evidence-based techniques to meet each client's unique needs. My therapeutic style is client centered, integrative & results oriented.
I bring also a vast corporate experience of 15+ years in leadership, great understanding of diversity (having lived in multiple countries) & can empathically, yet results oriented, approach a multitude of life challenges from childhood trauma to career transitions and family / relationships.
