Hi, I am Franziska and I am a psychotherapist. I offer 1:1 therapy sessions and workshops for value-led women who want to empower themselves and understand how patterns, self-limiting beliefs and societal power dynamics are holding them back. Together we will make sure you live your life on your terms and show up in all the spaces you want to be in with confidence and authenticity.
My biggest strength is my ability to recognise patterns and understand how things are inter-connected on a bigger scale. As a therapist this allows me to empower you on a deeper, structural level so that the change you experience will be lasting and transferable to all areas of your life.
My goal is to help you be confident and move through your life, knowing where you want to go and how to get there.
