You've tried everything to be happy and yet you don't feel happy. There are certain negative repetitive patterns that leave you feeling hopeless. Together we will explore the unconscious processes that are blocking you. Hello, I'm Laura and a Psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis (CTA), working with individuals and couples. I trained in London and apply TA, Imago Couples, Polyvagel, and Mindfulness to my work. I became a therapist after experiencing my own personal therapy as life changing. I wish to help others in the same way. Invest in yourself and together we will make the life changes you long for.
I believe that as we are wounded in relationship, so we are healed in relationship. As a relational psychotherapist, empathy and attunement are at the core of my work. Using the transactional analysis approach we will take a look at the unconscious material, leading to negative repetitive patterns not serving you, the first step towards positive change.
You will be welcomed in a safe non judgemental place where you can express and explore your inner world. In this way, you will learn about who you are and why you are the way you are. With this awareness, you can then decide to change. Together we will decide the aims of the therapy and I will accompany you on this wonderful journey of discovery and growth.

In an intimate 2 to 3 person setting, we will explore the issues in your life creating anxiety and perhaps depression. As Therapist, I will take the lead in working with you individually and then invite the other members to explore how this has impacted them. Group therapy can be powerful by providing feedback and support in knowing that you are not alone and also that you can be accepted as you are. This is also low cost therapy at CHF40 per session meeting bi-weekly for 90 minutes. Please contact me if interested in joining a group.

Your wonderful relationship is no more. And you’re not sure what happened. You are still in love and want to save the relationship. Or you may want help in separating. Maybe you just want to understand what went wrong. Whatever the reason, we take a look at the often-unconscious processes that lead to disaccord. We will use the Imago method to learn new ways of communicating; we look at negative repetitive patterns and heal relational trauma. Couple's therapy can be weekly (one hour CHF 90 per couple) or a bi-weekly session 1.5 hours at CHF120. Online or face to face.
