I use Positive Psychology to inspire and help my clients to thrive and flourish. I use a mix of positive psychology, CBT, strength-based and mindfulness approaches. As a certified trainer and nutritionist, I adopt a holistic approach addressing the mind and the body as they mutually influence each other. My aim is for my clients to find meaning in their lives with a strong sense of purpose and to find their balance to be able to flourish.
I enjoy exploring with my client various themes, such as emotion regulation, setting boundaries, job crafting, stress management, setting and reaching goals, increasing self-confidence, increasing focus, finding and using our strengths, coping skills, learning real-time resilience, learning to cultivate positive emotions, recharging, relationships..
I have a multicultural and complementary background: I am Swiss and grew up in the Middle East and London and I have worked for 15 years in fast-moving consumer goods companies. I am well aware of the growing pressures we face in the workplace and the demands to always provide more.
