My aim is very simple - to help people resolve their emotional or psychological issues so that they can get their life back on track and live life in a more positive and productive way, to find a way that works for you. You may be having problems with anxiety or depression. People who come to see me may be having issues regarding parenting or with their marital relationship. Sometimes there are problems from the past which are affecting them in the present. They may have experienced abuse. Or they are having difficulties at work and struggling with stress. Alcohol, drug and sexual addiction problems.
I have extensive experience of relationship counselling and of helping children, adolescents, couples and their families work through trauma, behavioral challenges and cultural reorientation. I also work with unresolved issues of grief, anger management, burn-out, sexuality and identity. My clients families have struggled with PTSD, OCD BPD & NPD.
Located in central Basel Stadt we offer you a totally confidential & safe space in which to help you find ways to cope with your problems, so that you can develop more positive and beneficial relationships in your present life and into the future. Mindfulness and Meditation Group
No special equipment or clothes are required and all the sessions are seated on ordinary seats. Sessions are led by Tony Moody and all you require is an open and curious mind. All sessions are free to Centrepoint members. Tony will introduce you to an integration of Mindfulness, Meditation, Therapy Self-hypnosis and breathing techniques. You can join at any time. You will need to join The Centrepoint English Speaking Centre after the first session. Please contact Tony Moody info@baselcounselling.com to check spaces exist.
