I consider it a privilege to work with my clients, to feel better amid life's many challenges. Whether it's through modifying habitual negative thinking, developing greater self-awareness or moving past unhelpful patterns in relationships, I help my clients make positive changes in their lives. In therapy, we begin with a thorough exploration of your background and concerns, then collaborate to set concrete therapeutic goals to improve mental health and well-being, manage symptoms, and create meaning in life.

As an emotion focused therapist, I bear in mind that no two people are exactly alike, and craft approaches to treatment that incorporate strategies for symptom relief and also allow for deeper exploration of your primary feelings. I am also fokused on existential modalities, and incorporating Attachment Theory when appropriate.
