After 11 years working with depression, anxiety, trauma and other related mental disorders, I have come to find effective solutions through Cognitive Psychology and Mindfulness toput suffering to an end. You don’t have to surrender to a life full of emotional pain; you don’t have to give up without trying professional help. We start with a psychological assessment. This allows us to understand your goals and define the problem. Afterwards, we will build an intervention plan including methods and estimated amount of sessions. Using cognitive psychology and Mindfulness, you will train your skills to regulate emotions and rephrase your system of beliefs.

Usually, I use CBT for clients who enjoy structure and seems motivated to challenge themselves. We will explore together system of beliefs, expectations, common problems and start a plan to identify problematic thoughts and reframe/accept them according to their nature. However, when I noticed that clients are very affected by emotional pain I start with Mindfulness to bring calm and acceptance.
