I have a Master's Degree from Aarhus University in Denmark. Afterward, I worked with treating alcohol and drug addictions until I started my own clinic.
I take a psychodynamic approach where it is important not just to treat distinct symptoms, but also to find the underlying cause. By addressing the subadjacent problem, it is more probable to create lasting change. Among others, we work with relationships, attachment, repeating patterns, and psychological defenses when you feel discomfort.
900 dkk/session (50 minutes). I offer the sessions in clinic in the center of Aarhus or online. Therapy in Danish or English.
