I offer individual psychotherapy and couples therapy. The therapy is based on your actual situation, and when relevant, old patterns. We aim to create awareness, for you to be clear on your patterns and defence mechanisms (what you do and how you do it), and to examine – if relevant – other opportunities. In my therapy room you will be met with carrying eyes. My focus is on ‘what is’, and not ‘what could/should have been’. The therapy is more experimental, rather than talk about. In other words, we will try identify and experiment with how a new pair of shoes feels, rather than understanding why the old one didn’t fit anymore.
I offer individual therapy and couples therapy. I am certified and examined psychotherapist and couples-therapist, and approved and member of Dansk Psykoterapeutforening, which guarantees approved education and qualifications. I have a background in advertising as a creative director.
