Understanding our relationships, experiences and even our own selves can be daunting. My practice is psychodynamic, relational and trauma-informed. I aim to support you in identifying and understanding your struggles, uncovering the strengths you already possess, delving into the roots of your emotions, and developing a greater sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Therapy is a journey of self-exploration and healing, a journey that can feel intimidating to undertake alone. My approach to therapy is collaborative and together, we can make sense of the shapes you've been moulded into by your experiences, and explore the authentic shapes you aspire to embody.
