Working together towards self love with gentle compassion we can create a space where you can go beyond just surviving. At your own pace we will challenge stories and patterns of behaviour that block the path to meaningful change, wholeness and healing.
I have extensive experience in helping clients through childhood trauma and abuse. I can support you in managing stress, anxiety and depression. I can work with you on building your self esteem and confidence, and on improving the relationship that you have with yourself. I can work with you in person or online.
