As an accredited Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about supporting people’s mental wellbeing. I have 10 years of experience in psychological services, and more recently I have worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Great Ormond Street Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital. I am particularly dedicated to working with children and adolescents, people who are neurodivergent, and those with chronic illness. I can offer therapy to people of all ages, including adults, children (and parents) and adolescents.
I can help you make sense of how your psychological distress connects to different aspects of your life. Within my practice, I offer specialised and tailored treatment to alleviate psychological distress and enhance coping skills. I will work collaboratively with you to understand what your goals are and to use therapy as a tool to reach them.
Sessions can be either weekly or fortnightly. Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and therapy can be both short-term or long-term depending on your needs and goals.
