Hiya, I'm Amanda a therapist dedicated to empowering adults on their path to recovery from trauma. If you've landed here, you may have frequent anxiety, depression, complex emotions, or challenges in your relationships. Traumatic events and abusive relationships at any age can effect your identity and leave you feeling stuck in the past. If life feels like it keeps repeating the same cycles, it may be time for change.

Being a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, means I honour the whole of your being and all your experiences. My background in Transactional Analysis gives us a useful framework to understand your patterns of relating and communicating. I will draw on a variety of evidence-based theories to create a tailored approach that aligns with your needs.

Together, we'll work to manage your symptoms, build resilience, boost your confidence, and navigate new positive changes. I am currently on leave and will not be available to respond to enquiries until 16th July 2024.
