I'm an integrative therapist, which means I adapt my way of working to your goals. I see clients face to face in Surbiton (easily accessed from west London and Surrey) or remotely via Zoom. Working integratively as a therapist means that I will meet each client where they are and adapt my way of working to each individual’s needs and presentation, drawing on several therapeutic modalities. I provide a warm and non-judgemental space for my clients to explore what might stand in the way of effecting the changes they want to see in their lives, and I have a genuine desire to support my clients’ growth and well being.
My background and key interest area is in addiction treatment but I am also experienced in working with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, loss and grief – in short, the multitude of things that may leave us feeling a little lost in life.
I believe therapy is a team effort and it is important that you and I are right for each other, therefore I do an initial assessment. This is so we can together talk through what you are looking to achieve through therapy and whether you feel comfortable working with me.
