I've been working as a CBT therapist since 2018. I'm passionate about helping others understand and manage their wellbeing. I would describe my approach to CBT as supportive and informative. I have worked in a number of different settings including NHS, private mental health care, educational settings, Young Offenders Institutes and Hospitals. I have experience of working with both adults and children.
I have a particular interest in working with conditions such as: Anxiety, Worry, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social anxiety and Self esteem issues. Other conditions I am trained to work with include: Phobias, Health anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression and Mood disorders
