I work in a collaborative way with clients who present with unaddressed trauma, relational problems, anxiety, depression, low mood and a feeling of hopelessness. I have a special interest in trauma, attachment issues and addiction. Many of my clients identify with feeling stuck in their current situation or those who want to have a better relationship with themselves.
I am a Chartered psychologist with over 10 years experience. I provide a blend of eastern and western approach focussed on enhanced self awareness, growth and sustainable recovery. My approach includes EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing in a person centered way. I offer a free telephone consultation.
The underlying principle for my therapeutic approach is person centered where the provision of safety, choice and trust steers healing. I encourage clients to recognise their own agency and self worth. I recognise the mind-body connection and encourage clients to recognise the unspoken feelings they hold.
