I work with both adults and children, helping to overcome a wide range of emotional difficulties. I am a person centered therapist and believe the therapeutic relationship between the Client and Therapist is what creates positive change but can offer an integrated approach where needed using both CBT and psychodynamic modalities. My approach is warm and down to earth and aims to create a relaxed and comfortable space for you to explore your difficulties.
I work face to face, online or over the telephone and I also offer a free, no obligation consultation as I realise that it can be a daunting experience to take that first step.
