I am an independent counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practice. I have knowledge and experience in a variety of roles and settings in the field of human relations & systems. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing & Solution Focused, Existential therapy, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, creative counselling techniques and coaching skills. I hold to the core conditions of empathy, positive non-regard, honesty and non-judgmental which underpin my counselling and psychotherapy practice.

If you wish to contact me for help I can do an assessment and take details and we can proceed from there. I don't do block bookings and I meet clients online. In some cases I may be able to offer face to face on a Friday but the beauty of online counselling is it takes away some of the difficulties of travelling and parking. The sessions are 50 minutes
