Hello and welcome. As a trainee, studying Relationally Centred Psychotherapeutic Counselling, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve a sense of relational depth in their lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity to connect deeply with others, and that this connection is essential to our emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Through my training my approach is rooted in a deep respect for the unique experiences and perspectives of each individual.
