My aim is to tailor therapy specifically to you, applying evidence-based approaches to help you achieve your goals in the shortest possible time, whilst exploring the origins of your difficulties to enable long-term change. I have experience working alongside people who may be struggling from a range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD and trauma across the NHS, third sector and private organisations.
I am trained in CBT, CFT, ACT, Person-centered humanistic therapy and Schema-informed therapy. I work alongside you in deciding what approach may best meet your needs, tailoring therapy for you through collaboratively building a formulation of your difficulties and conducting regular reviews to ensure your needs and preferences are best met.
My work is informed by my values of compassion, acceptance, and collaboration. I aim to create a space free from judgement, and am passionate about equality. It's important that you find a therapist who's a good 'fit' for you. Please check out my website for more details of my background and approach and get in touch if you'd like an initial session.
