I provide Online Psychotherapy and Counselling for adults and work with anyone in the North East and across the UK.
I provide both short and long-term psychotherapy. Whether you are clear on what you want to achieve or you want a safe and confidential space to talk things through, we can look at what you need, making a plan to work together in the best way that suits you.
