Hello, my name is Gemma. I offer counselling/psychotherapy for adults (18+). I am also a 'Rewind' trauma practitioner. All genders, identities and backgrounds welcome. I provide a non-judgemental and safe environment where you can speak honestly about aspects of your life which may be troubling you. Like many of us you may be battling feelings of anxiety, worry and stress right now. Accessing some counselling support can help you to combat these feelings. I have an interest in working with aspects of cultural and self identity including racism and discrimination, gender identity, motherhood and pregnancy.
Perhaps you feel sad and don't really know why? Perhaps you have questions about why you feel a certain way or are struggling with an aspect of life? I can offer you the space and support to figure out the answers and change how you feel, change how you lead your life.
