During the sessions you are given the space needed to wonder, reflect and explore new ways/perspectives about yourself, gaining insight in order to make positive changes. My strengths as a therapist include showing compassion, empathy, patience and sensitivity to create a safe environment to explore difficult feelings freely.
As part of practice I use drawing and dreams as a way to connect and understand your process. One of my strengths is tracking emotions in the body and helping you to stay with it so the feelings eventually subside or change. I use an integrative approach which means I can draw upon different therapeutic skills and theories according to what you might need.
