Perhaps you are seeking psychological therapy for a longstanding difficulty, or maybe you have only recently experienced stressors and are taking the first step in seeking help. Whether you wish for greater understanding, to develop coping strategies or to address an earlier trauma, I offer a compassionate and empathic space to help you to move forwards in your recovery.
I have been qualified as a Clinical Psychologist for over eight years and have completed further training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy and EMDR. I offer an integrative approach drawing upon these models along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
My clinics are held on Tuesday morning and lunchtime for appointments held in person (£115 per session), at my clinic in central Leeds (Queen Street). I have availability on Tuesday afternoons / Monday mornings for videocall appointments (£100 per session). Seeking support can take courage.
