I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with experience of working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma. My work has taken place in primary care, the charity sector and private practice. I specialise in working with individuals and couples offering psychosexual therapy to help overcome sexual difficulties. I am currently undertaking a diploma in this subject.
Talking about your sex life can feel strange and embarrassing at first but I offer a safe, patient, respectful and compassionate environment so that you can talk freely without judgement. As our sex lives do not exist in a void, psychosexual therapy explores the mind and the body alongside a behavioural approach.
I also work with those without sexual difficulties offering long term psychotherapy, working together to make sense of your problems, enable a deeper understanding of yourself and make changes if you wish.
