Psychotherapy is an intervention based on maintaining a relationship. The relationship I offer is of openness, understanding, and non-judgemental empathy. While my experience and research is focused on trauma, bereavement, and gaming, my role as therapist is to facilitate all clients in reflecting on themselves to make changes to their lives or perspective.
