I can offer you an environment where it's safe for you to begin to explore, to be curious, to work out who you are in the world and celebrate your own uniqueness. Inside the therapy room is open and fully inclusive to all, with a specialism in working with neurodivergent clients, ASD, ADHD, OCD.
I have chosen to specialise in working with neurodivergent clients because of my own lived experience, due to witnessing the challenges that can come with living in a world that is not always understanding or accepting of neurodivergent minds. The key to therapy is the client/therapist relationship, that’s why it is so important to find a good match for you.
I provide a safe, comfortable environment to hear your worries and concerns. Also a place for me to encourage your inner cheerleader to help you recognise your incredible strengths and abilities so we can celebrate who you are. Tools and strategies to enable you to be more of your true authentic self by encouraging curiosity, self-compassion and acceptance.
