I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with experience of working with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, age-related issues, anger and those struggling with a work/life balance. I also provide therapy for couples to develop more effective ways of problem-solving and interacting to effect change.
I believe in the importance of developing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client, so that I can tailor services to best meet the needs of the individual and couple. Life is stressful enough; finding a supportive therapist shouldn’t be!
