We explore unconscious patterns from your past that are impacting the present and your relationships, what's holding you back, and create strategies for you to reach your goals. Couples come because of difficulties in relationships, communication, conflict, affairs, lack of intimacy, and family issues.
I offer attachment-informed therapy, shaped around your needs and the issues you bring. Whether you come alone or with your partner we work together to understand and resolve the difficulties and creat strategies for the future
I offer a free 20minute introductory phone call to help us agree a way forward. I also offer on-going support after therapy comes to an end. Some clients go from weekly to monthly or as and when support is needed.
