I offer a compassionate space where you can exercise your bravery, learn new practical strategies for such things as time-management, communication styles, accomodating your sensory profile, executive functioning, and identifying and preventing overwhelm/shutdown/burnout so that you can better cope and thrive. We'll also reflect upon and identify your values so that we can set goals that light you up! I have >5 years experience as an Autism Specialist at the University of Edinburgh, where I offer 1:1 autism support, facilitate a weekly AS support group, and also developed/deliver AS awareness/inclusion training to other departments.
I'm also a certified dance facilitator and am developing a neurodiversity inclusive movement series with the UoEdi gym. I've been a facilitator & prep/integration coach with Psychedelic Health Professionals (PHP) in the Netherlands for 5 years and I co-lead a module on facilitation for PHP's sister organisation, PsyEdu.
As I'm also a Nutrition & Health Coach, I incorporate that into my practice, as the links between diet, gut health, fitness, and mental wellbeing are inextricable.
