I am a Person-Centred counsellor, which means I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised approach that fits your unique needs. I especially enjoy supporting individuals dealing with ADHD, Autism, navigating questions of identity and sexuality, or struggling with work stress and burnout. I'm committed to working with neurodivergent clients in a neuro-affirming way, valuing their unique experiences and strengths. I also strive to create a safe and affirming space for LGBTQAI+ individuals and members of other marginalised communities.
I have experience working both in a time-limited short-term way and in offering longer-term therapy. Throughout my career, I've supported people with a wide range of challenges, working with NHS referrals, employment services, and the charity sector. I offer online sessions in English and Polish.
In my practice, I create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings and challenges at your own pace, without judgement. Whether you're facing a difficult life situation or simply want to understand yourself better, I'm here to offer support and guidance.
