As an accredited and registered Integrative Psychotherapist with eight years of study, a BSc in Psychology, and an MSc in Psychotherapy, I’m here to help you. With expertise in childhood and sexual trauma, I utilise a blend of key theories and regulatory techniques to sensitively uncover the root of your present issues. Often, current challenges can trace back to a single incident from years ago. Together, we will gently explore and understand this impact on you, your relationships, and your world view.
