I'm an intragrative therapist. Ive trained in Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Gestalt & Person centred therapy. These help me view your life holistically. We work on present effects of your issues and also look at the past and where and what created the issues. I feel the client understanding the psychology is necessary to taking client control
