Hello and welcome! I'm Lesley and I support people to overcome emotional challenges such as depression and anxiety and the impact of challenging experiences . As a woman in my 40s, I know what it feels like to experience the emotional impact of perimenopause and midlife challenges. Hormone fluctuations and social factors can cause an increase in anxiety, brain fog, fatigue and all of a sudden a loss of the oomph you used to have. You work really hard on your goals but somehow feel stuck, as if you are going round in circles. You can't find the words to express how you are feeling and just wish you felt more confident
I am an art psychotherapist with much experience working in mental health services in an attachment and trauma informed way. I offer 1-1 sessions online to help people to manage their emotions and explore and express their TRUE selves. I combine different approaches with art therapy responding to their personal needs and drawing out their strengths.
