We all experience life challenges that can cause us anxiety and depression. Perhaps you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/ PTSD, bereavement or unresolved childhood issues. My psychotherapy and counselling practice will provide an effective way of helping you try to understand some of your thoughts and emotions in a safe therapeutic space, which will be confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic. Sharing our feelings can leave us feeling vulnerable. I can help you work through this to enable you to process some of your emotional pain or trauma. Sessions last 50 mins. Free 20, min. initial consultation.
