Hello my name is Lucy and I am a Therapeutic Counsellor. Thank you for taking time to read about counselling with me. Life can be a complicated story with challenges and events which affect how we feel, our behaviours and how we live our lives. Whether you are struggling with issues now or are wanting to unpick and understand past events, considering and trying to deal with this alone can feel overwhelming, and that's where I am able to help.
I have wide ranging experience of working with many differing issues people face, such as bereavement and grief, mental health issues, anxiety, abuse, OCD, depression, trauma and bullying. I am here to listen and support you in finding a greater sense of ease within yourself and the life you live.
In sessions with me I will ensure you feel accepted, safe, secure and listened to without judgement, hopefully resulting in you feeling more able to consider and deal with your difficulties. This gives you an idea of what I am able to help with but we are all so unique I always work to find the best therapeutic pathway, with you at the centre of everything.
