I am a qualified Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience of supporting and treating adults with mental health difficulties. I offer a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, working with each person as a unique individual.
Alongside supporting adults with depression, stress and anxiety, my area of expertise is in the treatment of trauma and PTSD. This can arise from assaults, accidents, interpersonal trauma, birth and medical procedures, military contexts and other types of trauma.
