I am UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with Children and Young People - I have 16years experience working within a CAMHS setting (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) and privately since 2019. I have worked with children from 6yrs to 17yrs on issues including; anxiety, low mood, loss and bereavement, low self esteem, poor emotional regulation/behavioural issues, those with adverse childhood experiences, Looked After children, adopted children. I work creatively using drawing, story, enactment, and sandplay, in which I have completed further training. Systemic practice with families also informs my approach.
