Hello, I'm Matt - a BACP(Accredited) Therapist offering 121 sessions for adults 18+. I offer a safe, calm, confidential and non-judgemental space, to support you with what is causing you difficulty. I'll help you to gain insight, understanding, and to try to find a way forward. I understand it can be hard to take that first step to start counselling, and find a Therapist whom you will feel comfortable to talk through what is troubling you. In your first session we'll explore some background info, to see what your aims are in therapy, and if we are a good fit to work together. My approach integrates different models of therapy, anchored in Person Centred, T.A. & Gestalt, with the focus always on what is most helpful to you.
