I am an experienced MBACP Accredited counsellor with over 20 years experience in a variety of settings including further educational settings, the NHS, the voluntary sector and independent sector.My professional background in social work specialising in mental health has given me an excellent understanding of anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss.
